EduRe B2B CRM is a custom-built Business to Business Customer Relationship Management System (B2B CRM) which is built upon Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 platform and has been configured specifically for TAFE Queensland.
At TAFE Queensland, the EduRe B2B CRM is used to manage relationships with businesses and organisations by recording information about who the clients are and the business that is conducted with them.
The EduRe B2B CRM is also used to support the work functions of the staff who work directly with these businesses and organisations, such as Business Development Officers, Contract Managers and Commercial Contract Coordinators.
